Accidental Trip to the Cinema

Now you may ask yourself, how does some one accidentally end up at the cinema?

Well, lets start with this morning: I woke up and had breakfast, then I sat on my bed and actually created this very blog, while looking up recipes for what I wanted to eat this week.

I was considering going to the cinema, but decided I was going to spend my afternoon studying (HA!).

After a lot of procrastination I was finally dressed (selfies were taken) and I left the flat, with the intention of taking the subway to do my food shopping for the week.

Now I would like to point out here:

  • I did not sleep very well last night
  • I don’t drink coffee often (so no help from caffeine)
  • I was loving the album I was listening to (The Summer Set, Love Like This if you were wondering)

I was standing on the platform waiting for the subway, not paying attention at all, and got on when it arrived.

The stop I should have gotten off at, was only one stop away (and yes, I was feeling lazy). When the subway stopped, I was about to get up to leave and I was at the wrong station. I was so confused for a second, before I realised I was going in the opposite direction!

But I was heading towards the cinema. I say this as a sign from god. He wanted me to go the cinema, not that I am just a complete and utter idiot.

I checked the cinema times when I got off the subway, and unbelievably there was one starting in 15 minutes, Jupiter Ascending. (Fifty Shades of Grey was also available to see every 15 to 30 mins, but I don’t want to talk about that).

So my plan happily failed, and I ended up having nachos and chocolate for lunch.

I’ll try again tomorrow.
