I pick a book for the given theme of the week, and tell you why. Then we look at the covers for my chosen book. You can find the group on Goodreads here, where there is more info.
The theme this week is: All of us have read Classics at some point of our life. Choose your favourite Classic.
The book I have pick is Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. This is one of my favourite children’s books, and one that I still like to read as an adult.
My favourite quote is on the first page, and it has stayed with me:
once or twice she has peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, “and what is the use of a book,” thought Alice, “without pictures or conversations?”

Other UK Editions of the Cover:
It was really hard to find all the covers, since this book is a classic most publishing houses have published this book at some point (or multiple times). So these are a couple of the ones I found.
I really like the dust jacket and the actual book cover for this book. It’s so pretty.
Least Favourite Cover:
This is the version I own. I like the fact that it matches my copy of Pride and Prejudice, but it is really boring. After looking through so many fun and imaginative covers, looking at mine just makes me sad.
This has made me very nostalgic for my childhood.
