Captain America: Civil War Book Tag Part 2

This is the second part to the Civil War tag. I was tagged by the lovely Daniela and you should go check out her blog, Daniela’s Book Shelf. The creator of this tag is Jennifer at WonderlandReview.

Recap: I am obsessed with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I also went to the triple bill showing of Captain America when Civil War was released, and I loved it so much. It has to be my favourite so far, mainly for the fact that I could not laughing or smiling the whole way through the movie.

  • Thank the person who tagged you. – Once again, thank you, Cristina!
  • Tag anyone and everyone you want!

Disclaimer: Jennifer’s pretty sure about the actual teams for this movie but she could be wrong! You never know! Also, she’s very much Team Cap so this might be a little biased.

Warning: There are spoilers for Lady Midnight, A Court of Thorns and Roses, A Court of Mist and Fury,

Iron Man: A character willing to stand up to his friends for what he believes in

(I’m kind of Team Iron Man so I picked the question that was pro Iron Man, but here is the against one: A character that doesn’t seem to learn from their mistakes)

I love Tony Stark and I have enjoyed watching him grow from the first film. I know he is narcissistic and self involved but I truly believe he is trying to do everything in his powers to help the team survive.

Will from Me Before You really believes in something, and is willing to go against his entire family. I really don’t want to talk about it.

War Machine seemed like a side character in Iron Man and it’s so nice that he is actually getting a featured role in the Avengers team, even if it is now divided.

Rhysand spent a lot of time in A Court of Mist and Fury showing off to Feyre.

Why don’t does Black Widow not have her own movie. She is tough and still has heart, plus an amazing back story. Think of the amazing flashbacks that could be in the movie.

Katniss Everdeen went through a lot in the Hunger Games trilogy, I am shocked she made it out with her sanity intact. But she loved her sister and protected Peeta, so underneath the hard shell she had to create to survive there is a squishy warm heart.

Black Panther: A character out for revenge.

I really liked the introduction of the Black Panther and his movie should be interesting.

Malcolm Fade

So this is a spoiler but you have already been warned. Malcolm Fade the High Warlock of Los Angeles seemed like such a sweet caring warlock for looking out for the Blackthorns. But boy does he hate that family and turns out ha spent most of the book getting revenge for the death of his beloved.

Vision: A character you are unsure about.

Vision, oh Vision. I loved you as JARVIS and it feels weird that you now have a body and powers. You haven’t even realised its an infinity stone you have there in your head, so I have no clue about you.

I liked Tamlin in A Court of Thorns and Roses and it seemed like he really was meant to be with Feyre. But by the end of A Court of Mist and Fury I honestly have no clue what he is going to do in the next book in the series.

Spider-Man: A character you were afraid just wasn’t going to fit in.

Ah! Spiderman was amazing, he was hilarious. Guess what, he actually fit in perfectly.

When I finished Cress in the Lunar Chronicles and we are introduced to Winter nearer the end of the book, I was very uncertain how she would fit in with the rest of the group. I mean she has the final book named after her I knew she would have to be apart of the uprising.
I was very glad when Winter and Scarlet became sort of friends, it felt easier to accept her.

Pepper Potts (pretty sure she isn’t in this movie, but whatever): A character who uses their intelligence.

Pepper Potts is sadly not in the movie. I think her and Tony might have broken up, at least it was implied. I really liked their relationship, boo!

There are plenty of characters I have read that use their smarts, but while I was thinking about them my favourite tv show kept popping into my mind.

The Librarians is a spin off tv series from three made of the tv films about the Librarian. I love this show and each episode they use their intelligence to solve mysteries and help people. The movies and tv show are quite cheesy, but that just makes me love them more.

Bonus- Captain America vs. Iron Man: You pick– Name two characters that started off as friends and are now enemies or name two characters that are on opposing sides that you want to work together.

Why do they have to fight. I mean it’s not surprising there has been tension between these two since their first meeting.

Okay so I am really stuck on this one, but I am going to pick Tris and Peter. I mean they kind of end up working together. It’s the best I can do, sorry.

I love doing tags but boy they can be hard. Let’s get down to tagging other people:

Hope you enjoy doing the tag if you decide to do it, and link back to me so I can read your answers.

Talk Soon,
Darling Bear
